Beatriz Cortez’s nearly 20-foot-high steel sculpture “Ilopango, the Volcano that Left” travels up the Hudson from Storm King Art Center to Troy, N.Y., to join work by Cannupa Hanska Luger and others in a group show dedicated to acoustics, architecture and dislocation.
