Jared Mezzocchi

Jared Mezzocchi is an award-winning director and designer bridging live performance and multimedia storytelling. Recent directing credits include Circus Fire (TheaterWorks Hartford), The Moderate (Central Square), Nothing Can Take You From the Hand of God (Playwrights Horizons), and The Wind and the Rain (Vineyard/En Garde Arts). Mezzocchi is touring as writer/performer in 73 Seconds (2026–). Awards include a 2023 OBIE for Direction on Russian Troll Farm (online version), a 2026 Elliot Norton Award for The Moderate, and 2017 OBIE, Lucille Lortel, and Henry Hewes awards for Vietgone (Manhattan Theater Club). A 2012 Princess Grace Award winner, Jared Mezzocchi holds a BA from Fairfield and MFA from Brooklyn College.
