David Seelow

Dr. Seelow is founder of the Excelsior College Online Writing Lab, which has won several national innovation awards for distance education. He was also the founding Executive Director of the Center for Game and Simulation-Based Learning at Excelsior.  Dr. Seelow organized and chaired the Revolutionary Learning 2016 conference in New York City featuring Sir Ian Livingstone as keynote speaker. He has written numerous articles and given presentations on literary and cultural studies, education, and game-based learning both nationally and internationally. Professor Seelow’s most recent books are Games as Transformative for Critical Thinking, Cultural Awareness, and Deep Learning (CRC Press) and Teaching in the Game-Based Classroom (Routledge). Finally, Dr. Seelow authors a blog entitled Revolutionary Learning.
