Katherine Adams

Katherine Adams is a curator, writer, and researcher based in New York. Most recently she was a curatorial fellow at the KW Institute for Contemporary Art (Berlin, DE). At present she is a graduate student at the Center for Curatorial Studies, Bard College; a researcher with the New Centre for Research & Practice; and serves as a curator for The Immigrant Artist Biennial 2023, which will include programming at the Brooklyn Museum, NARS Foundation, and Wendy’s Subway, among other venues. Her writings have been published in art-agenda, FLAT Journal, Triple Ampersand and the Journal of Curatorial Studies (forthcoming), among others. Her recent curatorial research and independent projects have centered on the politics of visibility, infrastructures of critical practice, and performance in contemporary art.
